Without the extraordinary skills brought to bear by Scott and Nichole, the purchase of our property on Mission Beach would have been stopped dead in it’s tracks at four different points along the way! Each challenge required very sophisticated problem solving that only a team with very deep and very wide expertise and experience could have handled. These two are a VERY effective, high performing team and the value they bring to a transaction is priceless. On top of their skills at the process, the communications capabilities they each possessed was about as good as it gets and we always, always felt highly valued and kept in real time awareness of what was happening. Finally, Scott and Nichole are so obviously just good, good people. Their character, integrity and authenticity was superb and a real joy to be around.
